Inflatables rental cancellation policy. In the eventuality that you need to cancel your rental, we ask for as early a notification as feasible. This is to allow us to make the equipment available for another customer and to secure your deposit for a future reservation.

Cancellation Notice Period
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other customers.
Refund and Raincheck Options:
If you provide the required notice, we will offer you the following options:
- Refund: Deposit it’s refundable when you cancel with 48 hours prior to the event date.
- Raincheck: You may choose to reschedule your rental for a future date with 2 months at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Late Cancellation
In accordance with our policies, cancellations made after the required notice period will not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we offer an alternative option. You may still opt for a raincheck, which allows you to reschedule your booking for a future date. This provides flexibility and ensures that you can still enjoy our services at a more convenient time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to accommodating your needs in the best way possible.
Cancellation due to Inclement Weather
We also maintain the prerogative to cancel due to unfavourable weather conditions. In cases of uncertain weather, we commit to communicating with you (or you may initiate contact with us) either on the day of the event or the preceding day to explore available alternatives and discuss potential options. We encourage you to check the weather before booking.
Communication of Cancellation
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or phone. Please provide your name, booking date, and reason for cancellation.
