1What is the service area (geographic region) that we cover?

Proudly serve the London Ontario area and nearby cities, and we can also extend our services further. We can deliver as far as two hours away from London, but the price will increase accordingly.

2What is our specialization?

Our specialization lies in small events, such as birthday parties.

3What is the minimum order to travel to other cities?

There is no minimum order for products; prices are determined based on the type of equipment and distance.

4What are the different types of inflatable products?

We offer various types of inflatable products, including water slides for both adults and kids, as well as combo units (which include a bounce area and slide) with different themes for you to choose from.

5Are our inflatable products safe for children?

While our inflatable products are safe for children, it is crucial to always follow safety guidelines or rules when using them. Ensuring effective supervision by an adult and using the inflatables properly, which includes not exceeding the recommended maximum number of participants and ensuring they fall within the same age and weight range, will guarantee that kids have an exciting and safe experience.

6Are bounce castles always clean?

We take pride in what we offer, and we value your business, which is why we always clean the equipment after every rental or immediately after setting it up.

7Are there safety instructions on how to use and not use each of the inflatables?

We provide directions and safety rules to ensure your party is a complete success.

8Do we have to keep the inflatable plugged in the entire time?
Yes, the inflatable must remain plugged in the entire time to maintain air pressure. Once unplugged, it will deflate.
Note: It is normal to hear air escaping through the seams while the inflatable is operational. This is how the equipment functions.
9Do you deliver to parks?

Unfortunately, we do not set up in public areas like parks. While we carry insurance, we are not yet a TSSA certified company. Therefore, we are currently limited to private area parties. However, we are actively working towards becoming a fully certified company in the near future.

10When do you set up and pick up?

Our delivery window is between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., but it may vary depending on our schedule for the day. In some cases, we may even deliver as early as 7 a.m.

11What about Rainy days?

Regarding rainy days, we will contact you to discuss whether the setup is a "Go" or not. If it's a "No Go," you can reschedule using the same deposit. Please note that deposits are non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.

12What types of payment do you accept?

We accept e-transfers or cash as forms of payment.

13How can I book an inflatable for my event? 

To book an inflatable for your event, simply visit the Rentals page, select the product of your preference, and fill in your event information. We will reach out to you to confirm your booking!

14Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we do require a $50 deposit to reserve your inflatable. This deposit is refundable if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the event date.

15 Do I have to sing a waiver?

You will be provided with a waiver that you must sign in order for us to serve you. This can be done online or before we set up the equipment.
